first step :
Go to seeting
Click General >> Network .
Enabel 3G turn it TO OFF .
Then return to the menu and go to CYDIA . Search for ultrasn0w (make sure the version is 1.0-1 )
Then go to Manage >> Sources >> Edit >> ADD

last stepclick to Instal.
